Founder and director of the Customer experience laboratory and CX Academy (Russia/Uzbekistan), teacher and developer of educational programs on customer experience. Since 1999, he has worked in Internet marketing and customer acquisition via the Internet. He was one of the pioneers to start doing UX research and improving the usability of websites in Russia. Since 2018, he has been shaping outstanding customer experience (CX) and ensuring successful digital transformation in companies in Russia and Uzbekistan, including renowned brands, small businesses and startups.
He is an author and presenter of educational seminars and training programs, and a regular speaker at major industry conferences. He also created the “Customer Experience Management” course on the Coursera platform. Moreover, he lectures in business education programs at TEAM University and the Singapore Institute of Management Development in Tashkent, as well as at the IT Academy in Moscow.
