Fintech360 Conference Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions of the organisation of participation in the conference (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) constitute a public offer of Fintech360 LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia
The User's consent to these Terms (acceptance of the offer) is considered the fact of the User's registration on the conference page on the website fintech360.io
1. Services.
1.1 Organisation of participation in the Fintech360 conference
2. The procedure for the provision of services.
2.1. Access to the conference venue is provided individually for each User, subject to the following conditions being met simultaneously:
- the correct filling of the established registration form posted on the conference page on the website fintech360.io and
- full payment of the cost of services and receipt by the Company of an appropriate confirmation of the fact of payment.
2.2 After the full payment of the cost of services, the Company, at the e-mail address indicated by the User when filling out the registration form, sends the user confirmation of registration, and not later than 1 (one) business day before the date of the conference - a memo of the participant.
2.3 The Company reserves the right at any time to change the dates of the conference for a good reason.
2.4 The Company shall notify the User of any change in the timing of the provision of services to the User specified by the User when filling out the registration form an email address.
3. Refusal of services.
3.1 The refusal from the services of the Company to organise participation in the conference is accepted in writing no later than 15 calendar days before the date of access. If the refusal is received later than the specified time, the amount of payments made by the User is not refunded.
3.2 After providing access in accordance with Section 2 of the Terms, the service is deemed to be rendered and the cost of providing access is not refunded.
3.3 Notifications in accordance with this section are sent to the Company's address admin@fintech360.io. When contacting the Company, the User must provide documents confirming the validity of the claim, as well as indicate his registration data specified when filling out the registration form.
4. The procedure for using the services.
4.1. The user is notified and agrees that he must comply with the rules of business communication at the conference venue, comply with the business dress code, and are not intoxicated.
In case of violation of the requirements of this paragraph, the Company reserves the right to refuse the User access to the conference venue or remove the User from the conference venue.
4.2. The user can transfer the right to attend the conference venue to another person, but must notify the Company no later than 1 (one) business day before the date of the conference.
4.3. The user is fully responsible for any actions performed by him at the conference venue, as well as for any consequences that led to these actions.
5. Final provisions.
5.1. Any provisions of these Terms can be amended by publishing the Terms in a new edition on the website fintech360.io, while the User is obliged to independently monitor such changes on the website and bears the risk of negative consequences caused by non-compliance with this obligation. In the event that amendments to these Terms are made, such changes shall enter into force from the moment they are posted, unless a different date for the entry into force of the changes is specified at such a placement.
5.2. These Terms and Conditions between the Company and the User are governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. Issues not regulated by the Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
