Oleg Kuzmin began his career at the Bank of Russia, where he worked in departments responsible for financial market operations and monetary policy.

He held the position of Chief Economist for the CIS+ at Renaissance Capital. Oleg ranked among the top three in the prestigious Extel Survey 2018 in the Leading Analyst for Russia category, and his team secured first place in the Russia: Economy and Macroeconomics category. From 2019 to 2024, Oleg worked in London as an economist at Pharo Management, a large hedge fund focused on investing in emerging market assets.
