Seyran Sargsyan currently holds the position of CEO of UBPay Armenian Payment System. He has held senior positions in financial organizations for many years, working in the executive bodies of the Union of Banks of Armenia, in a number of commercial banks in Armenia and the United States, as well as in Armenia's financial infrastructure.

For many years, he has also been a member of the supervisory boards of a number of organizations related to the financial sector, such as NASDAQ OMX Armenia Stock Exchange, ACRA Credit Reporting Bureau, Office of Financial System Mediator, Deposit Guarantee fund, “SME Investments” Credit Organization, etc.

His professional activities cover the areas related to financial sector development, banking, and financial markets.
