Shushanik Ghaltakhchyan is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, banking, science and business consulting. Shushanik's main areas of activity are customer experience, strategic marketing, business psychology, business training and corporate strategies. She has collaborated with local and international organizations, improving customer experience (CX) management processes at the C-level in areas like the telecom industry (Beeline, Ucom), banking (HSBC), postal and logistics (HayPost), etc. During her leadership of the customer experience management department within the above-mentioned organizations, she successfully implemented significant initiatives, including NPS, CFL platforms, as well as key accompanying business processes.
Shushanik is the founder and head of the Whitebone-Experience Management (Customer experience and strategic marketing) consulting company, the center for professional and personal development Whitemind (business and personal psychology), as well as the Customer Experience Association of Armenia (CXAA).
