Vladislav embarked on his professional journey in 2000 at Hamkorbank JSC, starting as a specialist. He quickly rose to lead the cash circulation sectors. From 2005, he joined the Central Bank and Cash Collection Service, where he ensured seamless cash management operations. Between 2008 and 2018, Vladislav held key leadership roles at "Uzpromstroybank," "Ipotekabank," and "Uzagroexportbank." During this time, he drove the growth of retail banking and introduced cutting-edge solutions for banking card services, significantly strengthening these institutions’ market positions.

From 2018 to 2023, while at "Uzagroexportbank" and "Xalq Bank," he oversaw operational activities and branch networks. His efforts focused on attracting new clients and launching innovative products, elevating the standard of customer service to new heights.

Since May 2023, Vladislav has served as the Head of the Retail Business Department at Garant bank JSC. With enthusiasm and dedication, he is enhancing sales channels and setting high benchmarks for customer service, contributing to the bank’s ongoing success.
